We’re making some updates to our guarantee process to make things simpler and faster for you. Here’s what’s changing:

1. To improve your experience and support our sustainability efforts, you generally won’t need to return the product* (for U.S. purchases only).
*We may still ask you to physically return the item or provide proof of purchase in certain cases.

2.If your claim is approved, we’ll now reimburse you with a digital gift card. This makes it easier and faster to get you into new gear for your next adventure.
