When will my order ship?
At our fulfillment center, we generally process and ship most orders within 12 business hours—unless an item has a delayed availability date.
Our fulfillment center operates from 9 AM to 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 10 PM EST will generally be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends typically ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
What is the shipping policy?
Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email letting you know our fulfillment team has received it. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send a follow-up email with your tracking details.
We offer fast 2-day standard shipping so you can expect your order to arrive within two business days! Once your order is placed and processed, we take care of the rest to get it to you as quickly as possible.
While we always aim to meet that 2-day window, sometimes unexpected delays occur. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking info—if your order hasn’t shown up within a couple of days, just reach out to us at HELLO@metarino.life and we’ll make it right!

How much does shipping cost?
We have implemented a flat-rate shipping charge of $10 for all standard deliveries to U.S. addresses. This fixed rate applies regardless of order value.

Where can i find my tracking information?
Your tracking information for USPS and UPS shipments is provided via email. Should you need to retrieve your tracking number or require any further shipment details, please contact us via email at HELLO@METARINO.LIFE during our business hours, and we will readily provide it. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:50 PM EST.
Having trouble locating your package?
No worries, things like this happen sometimes! Start by doing a little treasure hunt around your home. Check near the bushes, on the front and back porch, and any other spots where packages tend to hide—sometimes they might even be with a friendly neighbor. Occasionally, delivery drivers mark a package as “Delivered” a little early, so if it’s been less than four hours since you got the notification, it might just be running a bit late.
If it’s been more than four hours and your package is still playing hide and seek, go ahead and reach out to the carrier for an update. And if that doesn’t do the trick, we’re here for you—just let us know! We’ll help sort it out and make sure you’re taken care of.
